Hot Water System (TIU)

It is a requirement within your leasehold agreement that every year the Tribune unvented hot water cylinder in our apartments needs to be serviced by qualified persons.  This ensures any build up of limescale or corrosion of elements are detected before you are woken up by the sound of your system exploding and water dispersing itself all over your hand made rug, and then down into the neighbours who live below you, and the people below them.

This servicing is not included in your annual service charge, as technically you own this equipment ('demised to you'), so it is your responsibility.  You are free to choose any qualified person to carry out the servicing.
